This Payment Portal is for all payments requested by Brightstar Financial, Solstar Insurance Brokers or it’s AR firms, Sirius Property Finance or Portway Finance. Please enter the amount to pay below as confirmed by a member of our team and the reference they provided.

Terms and Conditions
Please read these online payment terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this site indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms do not use the online payment facility.

We reserve the right to amend these online payment terms at any time without notification. Up to date online payment terms will be available on the Site and any amended terms will be effective immediately on being posted to the Site. It is your responsibility to ensure you are aware of any amendments to these online payment terms.

Definitions & interpretation
The terms used in this agreement have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

“Card Issuer” means the institution (which may be your bank) which issued the debit card or credit card you are using to make payment via the Online Payment Facility.
“Online Payment Facility” means the internet based payment system operated by the Service Provider on our behalf.
“Service Provider” means the third party service provider operating the Online Payment Facility on our behalf.
“you” or “your” means the individual holding the Loan Application and making up a payment via the Online Payment Facility.

Payments

Online payments can be made by debit card and credit card only and must be in GBP i.e. UK pounds sterling. No charge will be made by Brightstar Group for online payments.

Service Provider
These payments are not processed by us directly, but by the Service Provider. When using our online payment system, you will be redirected to the Service Provider who will process your payment card details and payment. Payment card details are handled exclusively by the Service Provider and are not stored within our system.

During the payment process you will be required to enter the debit card or credit card security code and you may be asked for further card authentication by your Card Issuer.

Confirmation of payment
You will receive a confirmation of your payment on your screen after you make the payment. You can print this out as confirmation by selecting your normal method of printing information shown on your screen. In addition, you will also receive an e-mail confirmation to the address you enter as part of the payment process.

In the event that your payment is refused or declined you should contact your Card Issuer. If your payment was accepted but you do not receive confirmation or there is some other issue in relation to your online payment (other than it being refused or declined) it is your responsibility to contact us (not the Service Provider) to query why payment has not been accepted.

Security
We shall not be liable for any failure by you to properly protect data from being seen on your screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such persons, during the online payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process. We do not collect or store any card details. The payment process is completed on the Service Provider’s secure website.

Disclaimer of Liability

We have no liability for any damages (including, without limitation, those resulting from lost profits, lost data or business interruption) whatsoever and howsoever caused arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of the Online Payment Facility, this Site, any websites linked to this Site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such websites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

Applicable Laws
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) is governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
